As an accomplished business process integration consultant, Stephanie has extensive experience managing large engagements and leading business transformation initiatives. Stephanie has worked with significant private and public sector clients to envision and build programs that contribute to the alignment of services, workers and partners through a capabilities-focused approach to business alignment. Stephanie also works with technology teams to architect information-driven business solutions that are uniquely focused on how people work – built from a focus on processes and human patterns.

Stephanie is very active in the development of open government vision and concepts within public sector and has presented on her vision for the “operationalization” of open government through the development of social capabilities. She has recently initiated the launch of Avantage’s GovLab Canada, building programs and solutions with this focus.
