Sean is a bilingual business transformation consultant, with experience in guiding leadership groups in option analysis and strategic planning. Sean’s multidisciplinary focus allows him to both develop and execute on both strategic and tactical programs, bringing both perspectives together when required in order to ensure that there is alignment in both vision and execution throughout an organisation. Sean’s depth in information management allows him to understand an organisation’s business priorities through its information needs.

Sean has lead successful programs across Canada focused on bringing together stakeholders in the development of open data strategies, and leading dialogue amongst a varied audience to help define and determine direction for open government vision. Sean is a member of Avantage’s GovLab Canada, building programs and solutions focused on operationalizing open government vision.
