Avantage Partners is pleased to announce that Stephanie Hayes has accepted an offer to join the Avantage partnership group as an Associate Partner.

Stephanie in many ways has been the model consultant within the team. "Early on we understood that there was a vast supply of extremely talented professional women who are not able to fit into the conventional corporate model perhaps due to decisions to start a young family", says Healy. "Our approach is to build an organisation that embraces and encourages atypical work/life patterns through advanced communication and collaboration capabilities such that we can attract truly world-class talent. Stephanie, as a young mother, is able to work largely from home in the essential developmental years of her daughter while still maintaining her professional skills and practice working on a number of challenging client programs."
