Dr. Richard Smith, Principle Consultant at Avantage Partners, is to provide the keynote speech to open the sixth International Symposium on Management of Innovation and Technology (ISMOT’09) in Hangzhou, P. R. China.

The theme of the conference will be "Open Network and Total Innovation toward developing Innovative Countries".

Dr. Smith will be discussing how cities can provide unique support and promote innovation using Canada and Vancouver specifically as examples.
