We are looking for a business process integration specialist that has at least 3yrs of experience in either a business consulting role, with expertise in process refactoring, strategy alignment or capabilities mapping; or as a technical consultant in the area of application integration or data migration.

Required:

• Team Leadership Experience.  You have led teams to successfully deliver sophisticated and complex solutions based on business process refactoring or rationalisation.  Your role was focused on managing client expectations and overall delivery.
  
• Consulting Experience.  You have experience dealing with internal or external customers and understand how to deliver excellent service.
  
• Oral and Written Communications Excellence.  You have examples of written deliverables and communiques and have references that will confirm your professionalism in communications.
  
• Domain Experience.  You understand how to analyse business processes.  You understand how to assess busines value and how to align processes and capabilities to strategic business objectives.
